FOR Everybody and every BODY! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it out.

How It Works

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

Benefits

A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Ditch the workout and join the party!

Please bring clean indoor shoes, a hand towel, yoga mat and water!

Family! Fitness! Fun!

5:30 PM Mondays Antler Lake Hall CANCELLED

OR

Wednesdays  5:30 – 6:30 PM DEVILLE NORTH COOKING LAKE HALL 7 weeks - September 12, 19, 26 October 3, 10, 17, 24 $90 per family (need 6 families registered to run)

Family! Fitness! Fun!  This active parented class is carefully designed to include the whole family – all ages, all sizes, all abilities.  Class begins with a series of warm up exercises, followed by fun activities that have hidden fitness benefits like improved cardio, core stability, muscle strength, flexibility and endurance.  It will also provide take home information on how to become a more active family for the rest of the week and fitness goals to achieve until the next class.  Class will end with quiet time and reflection.

As with adults, exercise puts children in a better mood because of the endorphins released.  Parents and their children will carry on their day in a happier frame of mind.  Exercising together can also help the family bond and teach children useful lessons about cooperation and working as a team.  It’s also an excellent way of having meaningful interaction with your children during your busy lives and role modeling positive choices for activities (they watch everything).

Please bring water and clean indoor shoes for all.  This class is a “screen free zone” so parents be prepared to put your phones away and be active and engaged with your children.
